What is your minimum order quantity?
Stock styles start from 1–3 pcs. Custom printing on existing styles starts from 10 pcs, and full OEM development from 300–1,000 pcs depending on the material and construction.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We make our own samples in-house, so you receive a physical piece to hold and photograph before committing to bulk. Sample lead time is normally 7–10 days.
Do you do private label and custom packaging?
Yes — logo embossing, custom lining, printed hang tags, gift boxes and retail cartons. We already produce the packaging many of our wholesale clients sell with.
What colours can I choose?
Most styles run in four to six colours from the current palette. We can also develop a custom colour against your swatch, subject to a minimum quantity per colour.
How long does production take?
Stock styles ship within 48 hours. OEM orders typically run 15–30 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and finishing.
Which markets do you ship to, and how?
We ship regularly to Southeast Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East. Terms: EXW, FOB or express door-to-door. Payment by T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance, or PayPal for samples.
